The network fees for firm freely-allocable capacities with a term of one gas year are 3.80 €/kWh/h/a or 0.01041096 €/(kWh/h)/d in the Trading Hub Europe (THE) market are, valid from the 1st October 2021. This fee replaces the reference price in the amount of 0,01032877 €/(kWh/h)/d published in the price list from the 15th of October 2019 valid from the 1st January 2021 to the 1st October 2021.

Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur, the tariff for annual firm freely allocable capacity (FZK) in the market area of NetConnect Germany to be applied as of January 1st 2021 until October 1st 2021 amounts to 3,77 €/kWh/h/a. According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted.

According to tenor 3 lit. a of the BNetzA decision KAP+ from 25.03.2020 (BK7-19-037) TSO bayernets informed BNetzA about the amount of additional capacity („Zusatzkapazität“) and disclosed this information on her homepage (www.bayernets.de). In the following years equivalent information will solely be disclosed on the homepage of bayernets.
