Due to an existing measure by the transmission system operator OGE, we will suspend the marketing of additional firm exit capacity products (FZK, bFZK, DZK) at storages and cross-border points for the period from 15 May 2025, 06:00 CEST, to 16 May 2025, 06:00 CEST.

From 6:00 a.m. on Friday 16 May, you will be able to purchase firm capacity again according to the current schedule.

Please also note that there is a significantly higher probability of interruptions for all interruptible storage and cross-border exits for the aforementioned period until Friday at 06:00 a.m.

bayernets: Malfunction of a compressor station – resolved!

The problem with the compressor station has just been resolved. We will resume regular firm capacity marketing for tomorrow. Today the daily auctions will take place as normal.

This should also resolve the current congestions / interruptions.

Malfunction of a compressor station

Due to an unplanned malfunction of a compressor station operated by the transmission system operator OGE, we will suspend the marketing of additional firm exit capacity products (FZK, bFZK, DZK) at storages and cross-border points for the gas days Monday to Wednesday (May 05 – 07).
For periods starting Thursday (May 08) at 6:00 a.m., you can purchase firm capacity again as usual according to the current schedule.
We would also like to draw your attention to a significant increase in the probability of interruptions for all interruptible storage and cross-border exits for the aforementioned period until Thursday at 6:00 a.m.
 

Uberackern: change to bidirectional

bayernets is marketing two cross-border points to the Austrian Market Area East – Uberackern (Uberackern ABG) and Uberackern 2 (Uberackern SUDAL). Uberackern 2 is offered bidirectionally and can therefore be used for commercial flows in both directions. However, Uberackern can currently only be used for virtual-reverse flows to Austria. Therefore, at Uberackern the flow to Austria cannot exceed the flow to Germany for now.
This will change from 14 January 2025, 6 a.m. CET, onwards. From this date we will market this point as a bidirectional point. For this reason, you will be able to nominate/flow to Austria at Uberackern (Exit Germany) without having to worry about an existing Entry flow. The capacity offered will be an interruptible product and limited to 4 000 000 kWh/h during the first months.
