Pursuant to the ruling BK9-18/610-NCG (REGENT) of the Bundesnetzagentur, the tariff for annual firm freely allocable capacity (FZK) in the market area of NetConnect Germany to be applied as of January 1st 2021 until October 1st 2021 amounts to 3,77 €/kWh/h/a. According to ongoing appeals procedures against REGENT the tariff may be adjusted.
