Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (“REMIT”) is a regulation tailored to the energy sector to prevent insider trading and market abuse. In accordance with Article 4(1) Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 there is an obligation to publish available inside information. All Within Day auctions for bayernets (Überackern, Überackern 2, Zone Kiefersfelden-Pfronten) are currently affected by an IT-system failure and can therefore not be marketed on PRISMA. We are working to solve this issue.
